Falkirk musicians Iain, Margret, Scott and JJ - aka GHØSTWRITER – create alternative indie that dares to be different. Their unique brand of hook driven art inspired pop is coloured by synthesisers, male/ female vocal harmony and cacophonous guitar playing.

In December, armed with a DIY attitude and a love of 00's indie rock they began recording from their home studio “Attic Jam Studios” in Falkirk. This recording session produced a four track demo “Outskirts Vol.1” which was released on all digital platforms and was positively received by their fans.

Since Outskirts Vol.1’s release the band have performed all around Scotland from Aberdeen to Glasgow's famous King Tut Wah Wah Hut. Their energetic and heartfelt live shows have been compared to Foals, Arcade Fire and Low.They returned to the studio to record their follow up EP which is due for release on the 2nd of June 2017. First track from the EP "Trashy Blonde" was released on the bands Soundcloud and shows the band heading in a more prog and dream pop inspired direction.
